Annual Conference


Each year the whole district comes together the first weekend of March. This year the conference will be March 7-8 and will take place at Hope Community Church in Olympia, WA. This conference is designed to challenge and encourage you, your staff, as well as others in your congregation. The two day conference includes main sessions, worship, networking with other churches and EFCA ministries, as well as the important district affirmation of the board and district budget.

REFRESH Pastors & Wives Retreat
Every November (November 7-10, 2024), we set aside a special time to love on our pastors and spouses. This year is no different with the Refresh conference location being the beautiful Sun River in central Oregon. The focus of Refresh is simply that to be refreshed! You will experience spiritual encouragement, amazing food, plenty of space for rest, adventure, and district connection. Because this ministry is of high value, the District offsets a percentage of the cost of REFRESH to you. Be sure to make space on your busy calendar for this time.
